The season is now entering its last 3 weeks and
the forecast is due to turn wet again. Reports
are patchy about what salmon have been caught but
there are indeed a few been caught. R Smithson
has had two from the river Drumragh 3.5lb and
5lb.
We have had a few visiting anglers on the system
and there are good reports coming back for trout
fishing in the area. One visitor , his first time
to the area , Chris Robinson had a beautifully
marked brownie weighing just over 1lb and had
several other catches on the same day which he
carefully returned to the water.
