With only a few days left now for sharpening
hooks and getting rods, reels and permits ready
for the off on the 1st April the Committee of the
Association wishes everyone a successful season.
Be aware of the rules and regulations of the
Association and respect other users and Anglers
on the waterways. PLEASE bring your litter home
with you as it is now becoming a nuisance in many
areas and is starting to really annoy other users
and landowners and may have the effect of anglers
being barred access to fishing.
Our Bailiffs will be out again this year checking
permits and tickets so please treat them with
respect, membership costs so why should only a
few pay for it and others fish for free?They are
keeping the rivers patrolled for our members!!
Lastly and most importantly keep safe on the
water and be careful of deep water and overhead
cables, fishing should be enjoyed and not
become too hazardous a sport!!
