Note: New members are required to be proposed by two adult members who have been Full Members of the Association for a minimum of three years and reside within BT78 and BT79 Postcode area of Omagh. Priority will be given to applications within the Postcode area of BT78 and BT79 . The proposers will be held responsible for the new applicant's behaviour and any breach of Association regulations by a new member including false information on this form will result in a ban from the Association not only for the person concerned but also the proposers. A MEMBER CAN ONLY PROPOSE TWO APPLICANTS PER YEAR.
